RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Zaveri Crafts top most priority is to provide their customers with a convenient and enjoyable experience. In case we fail at a point to cater to your need we are open to accepting returns and offering exchange. Before you decide on doing so we request you to read our return and exchange policy carefully.
Under what circumstances can you request a return/exchange?
In case the product you received is damaged, different or has a missing part you can initiate a return/exchange by contacting Zaveri Craft executives.
How can you initiate a return?
- Please contact Zaveri Craft representatives on email (email@example.com)
- We request you to attach a picture of the product within 2 hours of receiving it along with a brief description of the issue faced by you
- You concern will then be assessed by Zaveri Craft executives
- After approval from our executives we will initiate the return/exchange process
Can you claim a refund?
A refund is only initiated in case of a lapse from our end in delivering the promised product.
How will you receive your refund?
The mode of refund shall be the same as your mode of payment. For example, if while placing your order you completed payment through online transfer the refund will be sent to you via an online transfer only.
In what cases is return/exchange not initiated?
A return/exchange shall not be initiated by Zaveri Craft under the following circumstances-
- In case of inaccurate conveyance address
- In case there have been three failed attempts of delivery
- In case the delivery is not accepted by the customer
- In case products returned are hampered with or used
- In case of minor variations from what is shown on website (as the assembling and presentation of stones may vary in photo and reality)
- In case you have accepted the order and opened the delivery
- Products on offers/clearance sale are not eligible for return/exchange
- We request you to always check the package before accepting in case of being torn or opened
- In case Zaveri Craft is unable to process replacement we shall delightfully initiate a refund
